Submissions

  • All submissions must be made on-line from this web site.

  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
    		•
  • If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
    		•
  • If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline.
    		•

    Digest Format

    Use our Digest Format to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
  • Paper Length: 5-6 pages, including figures, tables & references.
    		•
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm).
    		•
  • Fonts: Minimum 10 point font (12 point preferred). Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
    		•
  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf).
    		•
  • Allowed File Size: 3.0MB.
    		•
  • Do NOT page number your paper.
    		•
  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
    		•
  • The digest should not be a cropped version of the full paper.
    		•
  • The IEEE Style Manual provides guidance and examples on how to cite references: Here.

  • Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could impede the review of your paper and result in rejection.

    Additional Requirements

    If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:
  • IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
    		•
  • REMINDER: At least one author per paper must complete one full registration AND attend the conference to present their paper.
    		•
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
    		•
  • Some excellent papers presented at IEEE IFEEC 2015 will be recommended for review for inclusion in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or the Industry Applications Magazine.

    Copyright Form

    In order to publish your paper in the proceedings, we must receive your copyright form NO LATER THAN: August 31th, 2015 (GMT -0700)
  • A signed copy of the IEEE copyright form must be sent for each accepted paper.

    • Fill in the TITLE of the paper.
    • Fill in ALL author names.
    • PLEASE MARK YOUR PAPER ID IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE FORM.
    • NOTE: Please input Title, Author & Paper ID info directly in Acrobat BEFORE printing the form.
    • SIGN the form. (Please signature your name, not type it.)
    • Please upload the Copyright Form with Signature by Paper Submission System.
  • Remember, without the copyright form we can NOT include your paper in the proceedings!
