Invitation for Organizing Special Sessions

Dear Power Electronics Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of IEEE IFEEC 2015 (http://www.ifeec.tw/) which will be held on Nov. 1-4, 2015 in Taipei, Taiwan, we would like to invite you to organize a “Special Session”.

Special Sessions provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics and innovative applications of established approaches. Each Special Session thus provides a platform for focused discussion among an interest group.

Each Special Session consists of 5 regular papers associated with a specific subfield of green energy and power electronics. The proposal for the Special Session has to be submitted via email. They are then reviewed by the technical program committee. Once approved, authors can submit their papers as an "Special Session”, following the regular paper guidelines.

The guidelines are:

1. The proposal for the Special Session should be submitted by April 1, 2015. Please refer to the application form for Special Session attached to this letter.
2. Digests for the Special Session should be submitted through online submission system no later than June 22, 2015 by each author.
3. Deadline for the full paper submission is Sept. 1, 2015.
4. The invited paper will be also subject to the review process, so the Special Session organizer is kindly recommended controlling the quality of papers.
5. The organizer himself/herself cannot submit more than two papers in his/her session.
