All authors should obtain company and governmental clearance prior to submission of the Full Paper (digest). Full Papers (digest) willbe sent to multiple reviewers; therefore, “Confidential” and “Proprietary” information should be omitted. Please note that papers presented at IFEEC 2019 must be original material and not have been presented at previous conferences or previously published. Manuscripts not received by the deadline above may not be published in the Proceedings and will not be presented at the conference.

Finished manuscripts should not exceed eight (8) pages.
