IFEEC 2019 Registration Guide

Delegates may request for a letter of invitation for visa application within the online registration system. Passport details are required for the registration team to prepare the letter. Delegates must visit the website of Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) (Website LINK) to know if they will require a visa to enter Singapore. Please bear in mind the final decision is with ICA to approve the visa. Please allow at least 3 weeks for the whole application procedure and it is the sole responsibility of the delegate to obtain his/her visa.

 

Registration Fee

Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference and accompanied by a paid full registration (regular/student).

A second and any subsequent additional paper will require one Student registration fee per paper.

IFEEC 2019 reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented in person at the conference.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Cancellation Policy: This is a NON-REFUNDABLE conference. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution of Delegates Policy below). Should you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit your substitution request to: ifeec2019@gmail.com and winna.tay@cityneongroup.com. Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

  • Substitution of Delegate Policy: Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by email to ifeec2019@gmail.com and winna.tay@cityneongroup.com. The substituted delegate must be from the same organisation as the cancelled delegate. There can only be up to one (1) substitution per delegate.

  • During the event, photographs and videos may be taken and used for publicity purposes and/or posted on social media, print media and/or published online including the IFEEC 2019 website. Photographs and videos taken during IFEEC 2019 may be shared with the attendees of the visit or event (if applicable). By your participation in the IFEEC 2019 event, you consent to the photography/videography and the use and disclosure stated above.
