Lecture Presentation Guideline
The duration of every presentation is 22 minutes, including 16 minutes for the presentation and 6 minutes for discussion. A LCD projector and two laptops (with Windows 7, MS Office 2010 & Adobe Acrobat Reader 11) will be available in every session room for lecture presentations. The projector has a VGA connection. Speakers are also allowed to bring their own laptops and directly connect them to the projectors. Please note that the projectors accept only VGA inputs.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THAT THE SPEAKERS USING THE LAPTOP ON SITE MUST BRING A USB MEMORY STICK CONTAINING THEIR PRESENTATION SLIDES. Files can be uploaded to the laptops on site during the breaks between the sessions. To avoid software compatibility problems (MS Powerpoint), speakers are advised to save their slides in Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx) or PDF formats.

Presenters should arrive at the session room 20 minutes BEFORE the beginning of their session to brief the session chair.

Presenters are strongly encouraged to visit the Presentation Preparation Room before their presentation to avoid any last-minute problems. The Presentation Preparation room will be open during the sessions from Monday through Wednesday.
Poster Presentation Guideline
Posters session will be held on Monday, November 4th, 2013. In order to make the poster sessions run smoothly, your kind cooperation is necessary and very much appreciated. It is essential that your poster has to be put up before the session and be removed immediately after the session ends. The size of each poster panel is 180 cm by height and 90 cm by width.
