Registration Guide
Registration is required for all participants of IFEEC 2013
At least one author of each paper must be registered at the full rate by August 30th, 2013 (GMT-8). One full registration may cover up to two papers. Papers without full registration before the deadline will not be included in the proceedings.
IFEEC 2013 reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
